it is for noncommercial purposes.  

For the rest, which I only arranged, sang, and recorded, 
I give the same permission for the arrangement and recording, assuming that the 
songs are actually public domain, as I believe.  If you own one of the songs 
that I didn't write, send me an e-mail and I'll take it down.
